RULES:


1. NDRC always have a comma before "who/which/Where/Whose" and a comma (or full stop) at the end of the clause to separate this extra information from the main information.

Ex: Merryl Streep, who is 63, has won 3 Oscars.


Ex: Hollywood, which is in California, is considered the home of movies.

In NDRC, you can't use "that".

NOT: Hollywood, that is in California, is considered the home of movies.
